I spent a summer weekend in southern Texas at Sam Rayburn Reservoir, where my grandparents own a lake house. I’ve been coming to this place since I was very young, and I decided to document what could be one of my final weekends here with my family.

I spent a morning hiking and chasing waterfalls in Krka National Park near Split, Croatia.

I hiked the 6.5-mile (10.5-kilometer) path from Oia to Fira across the island of Santorini, Greece, and was blown away by the unique landscape.

On February 18, the MV World Odyssey passed through the Suez Canal as it journeyed from Jordan to Cyprus, the Red Sea to the Mediterranean.

While in Jordan, I got to visit the ancient site where Jesus Christ was baptized by John the Baptist. The site is located near the Jordan River and the border to Israel.
