This spring, I was thrilled to travel to Phoenix, Arizona for a week in March. From relaxing at the picturesque Lake Pleasant to exploring the various bars in Old Town Scottsdale, Phoenix is a balance between city life and a desert retreat.

After four months of sailing around the world, my Semester at Sea voyage came to an end on April 20. In this post, I document my final days at sea, reflect on the voyage, and officially end the Sam at Sea series.
